ABOUT THE JOB

It's time to give up the good and go for the great! As part of our Digital Coaching Institute (DCI) team you will have a direct impact on democratising coaching globally for all career levels. Our international pool of Top Coaches are at the core of what allows CoachHub to provide quality coaching for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will join our global task-force pioneering the future of digital coaching and evolving CoachHub’s Coach community experience. You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the community management involving the various areas of the department (Learning Experience, Events/Partnerships, Marketing and Social Media Projects). We want to build an engaged and empowered CoachHub Community especially as we scale all around the globe. ABOUT THE Team

You will work closely with our Head of DCI Christina and Team Lead Sophia (check out their LinkedIn here and here) in order to build new projects for the Community Managers and Event/Partnership Managers. As Coaches at CoachHub want to learn, connect and grow, this new team is fully dedicated to shaping this expert community of digital Coaches.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating a first class community experience (including the areas of Learning Experience, Events, Marketing and Social Media) by leading multiple projects within the DCI team, will be your new mission soon.

This role contains two parts: Community and Project Management

Community Management tasks:

  • Co-shape and implement a strategic framework with offers that aim for a first-class CoachHub Coach Community Experience
  • Develop and lead the communication infrastructure and engagement strategy for our Coaches with the focus on our internal community platform
  • Conduct and analyze coach experience research to enhance new initiatives that drive the community's growth* Support the Head of DCI in building new projects within the DCI
  • Build relationships with our Coaches through our platform, 1:1s, surveys, webinars, events or social meetups
  • Report on community metrics, the community experience and engagement to provide feedback and insights to leadership and partners
  • Conceptualize and moderate workshops for the CoachHub Community as well as the team


Project Management tasks:

  • Oversee all ongoing DCI projects and ensure a timely delivery of our strategic framework 
  • Coordinate DCI projects with various stakeholders, working closely together with Marketing, Coaching Lab and Coach Relations 
  • Lead the strategy for CoachHub4Good & design new ideas for social impact
  • Implement cross-departmental processes to ensure a successful flow in project delivery
  • Create relevant internal content and resources to support the Community's projects (NL, Social Media Post, Community Posts, Articles etc.)
  • Supervise sponsorship agreements and ongoing partnerships 
  • Oversee budget and DCI tools 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • +3 years of project management experience within the coaching industry 
  • + 2 years experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building and moderating online forums, designing ambassador programs, creating communication series e.g. with newsletters)
  • Must: Experience in a scale-up environment or a fast-growing tech company
  • Completed university degree or equivalent
  • You’re a gifted online relationship-builder who is energized by others, eager to make connections with Coaches passionate about the world of digital coaching 
  • You’re a talented communicator across all relevant mediums bringing enthusiasm to the team 
  • Able to handle multiple priorities at the same time and being an advocate for a great time management and prioritization
  • Business fluency in English - German would be a great plus! 
  • Strong interest in Business Coaching
